RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLLEGE LIBRARY

​

• The library will remain open from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM on every working day. No books will be issued or returned of books acknowledge beyond 2:30 P.M.

​

• Issues and return of books will be done for the students of different classes as follows.

​

•                        +3 First Year Arts -Wednesday & Saturday

•                        +3 Second Year Arts - Thursday & Friday

•                        +3 Third Year Arts - Monday & Thursday

​

• Each student will be allowed to receive a maximum one number of books at a time for a period of two weeks or fifteen days only. In case of delay in return Rs. 1/- will be fined per day.

• Any kind of damage to library documents i.e cutting of pages, writing any things on books, etc. are strictly prohibited. In such cases, a double amount of the issued books will be collected from the concern students.

​​

• Students are advised to check the issued documents before leaving the library counter otherwise they will be responsible for any type of damage or loss to library documents.

​​

• All students are bound to abide by the rules and regulations of the library.

​​

• In case of the transfer of the employees, students, the documents like T.C., Mark sheets should not be issued unless a clearance certificate is received from the librarian.
